Fall Into Winter

With the return of winter imminent, we have many seasonal brews making a comeback along with some fun events and updates.

Beer Releases

HAZE JUNCTION is the freshest hazy brew to drop (as of today). This Hazy Pale Ale (5% ABV) is bursting with mango and sweet orange aromas and juicy citrusy flavours. Enjoy on tap, in cans and in growler fills to go.

PS. The next hazy batch in rotation after HJ is MOONBASE FREEDOM (mid-November release)!

SOURS we currently have SECRET DESTROYER & ACID JAZZ on tap as our sours.

SWEATER WEATHER Oatmeal Stout - this #usualsuspect will finally be back Friday! We are sorry to all the fans out there who have been missing this approachable stout for the past couple months! We hope you haven't been holding your breath, and that you've been able to branch out and try other styles in the meantime!

NIGHTSHADE Black IPA - Which you all know won a GOLD during the 2021 Canadian Brewing Awards, will return in mid-November. While we wait for the beer to be back, we have some awesome Nightshade branded t-shirts in unisex sizing that are worth a look!

FIREBEAN Rye Coffee Porter - This fall/winter seasonal featuring Firebean Coffee is being brewed up this week! We are stoked to have another dark beer soon in rotation. With a porter base recipe that has a complex malt bill including rye malt, this smooth, chocolatey brew is complemented withe Firebean's delicious Guatamalan Medium Roast coffee.

COLLABORATION BREW - coming down the pipes in November. Hope to share more about this soon!

JAGGED German Pils - Our beloved lager makes a return in time for the Christmas holidays. In the meantime make sure to try our Oktoberfest Festbier lager on tap now.

DIVINE CAFFEINATION Belgian-style Tripel w/ Barrel Aged Coffee - The raw coffee beans are currently barrel-aging in the emptied bourbon barrels that held our Divine Intervention (that's now available in cans). Once the raw coffee beans are done barrel aging, Firebean Coffee Roasters will do their magic and have the coffee available before Christmas. Then we will use some of this special coffee in our DIVINE CAFFEINATION brew also available before the holidays!

Beer for BC & Alberta

For our out of town fans, we have beer currently out in Alberta (ask at your favourite local craft beer shop). We'll have a shipment heading out to BC as well, towards the end of November.

Food & Specials

We've got some regular food specials and new offerings available in store:

Monday - TASTING FLIGHT SPECIAL - $2 off - a great excuse to try something new! Your choice of 4 beers.
Wednesday - PINT & PRETZEL DAY - Warm Swiss Bakery Pretzels - Plain & Cheese options. Pair it with your favourite beer for $10.50!
Thursday - Alpine Bakery - SAVOURY BUNS - the selection switches up weekly but always includes a vegetarian and vegan option, from pizza swirl buns to north African curry stuffed buns!
Friday - CURRIED CHICKEN CALZONES & LEEK PASTRIES - from Swiss Bakery. Available at noon onwards with take-out option.
New Snack Option - New on the menu, we now have locally-made, an organic HUMMUS & SPELT CRACKER option as a regular offering. Thanks to Alpine Bakery for working on this for us!

Pints & Pumpkins

While this pumpkin carving event has since passed (last Sunday, October 24th) - voting is still open for the contest on facebook. Vote for your favourite pumpkin carvings by noon on Friday, October 29th. The pumpkin creations with the most votes (top 3) will win prizes!
