WE will REFUSE service if you are being inappropriate, offensive or abusive towards staff or other customers.
We will DISCIPLINE staff for not following our Policy on Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination.
WHY IS THIS NOT A GIVEN? WHY DO WE HAVE TO DO A BLOG POST, SOCIAL MEDIA POST & SIGNAGE ABOUT THIS? WHY ARE WE YELLING?
Because Enough is Enough!
It is NOT acceptable to make sexual, sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, biphobic, ableist comments HERE or ANYWHERE.
We provide a safe workplace where people can express themselves however they choose in a respectful way.
We can all do better, by listening and standing in support of people sharing their experiences, calling out bad behaviour and damaging language (no matter how seemingly benign).
