Finding A Home

We have to admit that finding a space was harder than we thought it would be. To start, there wasn’t a whole lot available. Downtown Whitehorse would be convenient for many people. We searched, but for some reason every place we tried to lease had a day care next door. Go figure.  After several dead ends with prospective landlords, we decided to look closer to home.

We are pleased to say we found a perfect storefront space to lease on the Mount Sima Road - easy commuting distance from our home in the Whitehorse Copper Country Residential area.  It’s easy access off the Alaska Highway for those that live south of Whitehorse, it’s in an industrial business area (ie. easier zoning), and of course it’s on the way to the Mount Sima Ski Hill (excellent exposure during the winter season).

It just felt right, and with our size and volume of beer to be produced, we don’t need to be front and centre on Main Street or 1st Ave.  At least not yet… you never know what the future will bring.
